Based upon 7 night rental for 5 persons
Extra person: 13yrs+ $50/night; no charge for children. Minimum 3 night rental. No Smoking. No pets.

• Shoulder (mid March, April, May, early June, October): $1600/wk, $350/day
  (double occupancy, minimum 3 nights mid wk, 2 nights weekends; $50 extra person over 13 yrs; contact us if more persons)

Cleaning fee: $190
Deposit: 50% at time of reservation. Balance upon arrival.
Damage Deposit: $150 (refundable)
Cancellation: Refund of deposit if notified 4 wks prior to reservation date,
less $150 (weekly rental) or $25 (day rental)
