Based upon 7 night rental for 5 persons.

E xtra person: 13yrs+ $20/person/ night, 5-12yrs $10/person/night; no charge for infants. Minimum 2 day rental. No smoking, no pets.

• Peak season (July 1 - Sept. 30): $1100/week , $200 /day
• Shoulder Season (May, June & October): $950/week, $175 /day
• Low Season (mid-March, April, Nov): $800/wk , $160/day

Cleaning: some guests prefer to clean the cottage at the end of their stay (thoroughly clean kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum and wash linen and towels but do not make beds), and some prefer to pay a $100 cleaning charge. Let us know in advance what works best for you.
Deposit: 50%, at time of reservation. Balance upon arrival.
Cancellation: Refund of deposit if notified 3 weeks prior to reservation date, less $150 (weekly rental), or $25/day (day rental)
